Project DC!Starlight is a celebration of Darren Criss and everything he has brought to us, his fans, since he first began loading his videos on YouTube. For those of us who began the project, it’s our way of saying “Thank you Darren, for inspiring us each and every day, through your talent, kindness and generosity.”

As Darren is the spokesperson for the Festival of New American Musicals in 2012 in support of their Show Search, to discover “emerging young musical theatre writers,” we thought what better way to express our thanks then by showing our support as well! Who knows? The next Darren Criss may be out there, uploading videos to YouTube and hoping for that big break from which they could inspire so many the way Darren has, and continues to, inspire us.
